Early Bird Registration is $40 until April 30, $50 until July 21st, $60 until October 15th, and $75 at the door.

Seniors, students, and groups of more than 10 registering together get a $5 discount. For information, contact registration@changingtimeschangingworlds.org
Children under 10 are free, however there is no children’s programming.

Vendors & Presenters

Everyone vending must register as an attendee, but their registration fee is half the normal price. Please see the Vendors Page for information on Vendor costs. Presenters will have their registration fee discounted $10 for each workshop proposal which is accepted, so teaching four classes will cover the early registration fee.

Hotel costs

The con rate from the hotel is $99 night, and will be available until October 15th or until they run out of rooms (apparently there’s a huge horse show in Springfield that weekend). Please mention Changing Times-Changing Worlds to get the con rate. Rooms includes parking for one car in the parking garage below the hotel. call (toll free) 877- 822-2110 to reserve. (Other attendees can get  tickets for $5 a day reduced parking at registration.)
